Landscape Crew

Responsibilities Include:
- Mowing, weed eating, edging, weeding and other yard maintenance
- Plant installation
- Hardscaping including: rock walls, pavers, raised beds, pathways
- Moving and spreading bark, rock, gravel, sand and soils
- Fertilizing, pruning, shaping and general plant health
- Applying pest management (with WSDA license only)
- Maintaining and cleaning all equipment, storage areas and company property
- Pulling a trailer, loading and unloading equipment
- Job site safety checks
- Deliveries and pick-ups
Garden club membership, horticultural education or landscape field experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Must have experience with gardening and plant care
- Must be willing to work with others or alone with direction
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks
- Must be at least 18 years old to run power equipment required
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain WSDA pesticide license (training materials provided)
Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal (estimated Feb-Oct)
Wages: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Landscape Estimator

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee landscape client communication from start to finish
- Collaborate with Foreman, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Utilize software such as LMN for project management and cost control
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Finalize all landscape client billing
- Coordinate and schedule equipment, materials, and labor for each project
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications and deadlines
Requirements:
- Basic nursery plant identification skills
- Proven experience in landscaping or related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
- Knowledge of landscape techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read designs, plans, and specifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in the field as needed to assist the crew in all weather
Landscaping Experience: 2 years (Required) Project management: 1 year (Required)
Garden club membership, CPH certification, horticultural education (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Wages: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (D.O.E)
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
